I made them and they were delicious!
I may have overstuffed my filling :)
I think I forgot a 1/2 cup of oatmeal...because I lost count :) And I didn't realize they spread out so much when they cooked....so they got stuck together. But they still taste good!!
I made whoopie pies (chocolate) last March and still haven't had the chance to publish the recipe (it's in draft, just waiting for me to hit the button). They're so good!
