Had fun taking some pictures for my besties...and then their brother helped me re-enact a photo he took once of Kelly.  Just because it was such a fun picture and I wanted something different of myself :)

Christmas Traditions Linky Partay!

I am joining a party!
Libby over at Bonjour! started
this party about family traditions.

I am not going to lie, we don't
really have any "unique" traditions.

You know something different besides the
baking cookies, Santa coming Christmas morning
and gathering of family.

Olivia is now 2 and I want to start some fun traditions.

Have you ever heard of the Elf?  Starting in December
you have an elf and every day you move it
to a different spot for the kids to find?

I am pretty sure there is more to it, because it
is suppose to be a magical elf that moves itself.
Or that is what the kids are suppose to think.

With all the rushing around to see family
I also want to make sure that we spend quality
family time together on Christmas day.

I think I might make these a tradition...

I did not have the right kind of
eye balls and the food pens I got did not work either.
So they are going with out :)

I am going to hop on over to the party and
maybe find some fun things to start as a
tradition.

is fast approaching and soon enough this 

year will be a flash in the past.

I thought I would share a bit about 

Olivia's birthday before I forget!

We had a great time, lots of family and friends

came to celebrate!  We rented out a big indoor 

"maze" basically like a McDonald's PlayPlace,

but without the greasiness that comes with it :)

 

I think everyone, even the "big kids" had fun :)

She had a Hungry Caterpillar theme, here was one side of her cake.

She was very distracted by all the fun around her 

and only had enough concentration to open a few.

My Olive is two...sigh.

Happy Birthday Olive!

My little girl is 2!  I can hardly believe it.  Her birthday party went off without a hitch and luckily we planned it on a day there was no blizzard :)  I have a bunch of pictures to go through but here are a few to hold you over....

Olivia helped out with the cake....eating frosting of course, she was mad I wasn't giving her more :)

 

 She got Mrs. Potato head from her cousin and is pretty good at putting the pieces back together :)

Whoa!

What a busy weekend head!!  Starting tomorrow with a dentist appointment, yay, then getting together with friends and family, photo shoots, and last but not least OLIVIA IS TURNING TWO!!!

How can that be happening already!!  Just yesterday I feel like she looked like this...

Check out that hair!  It was soo dark!  She is getting so big!

I know I will have lots of pictures from over the weekend!

Thanksgiving...

I realized I never posted anything about Thanksgiving!

We had a great day...here are a few pictures of earlier in the day.

And I also realized I didn't take any pictures at Richard's family...

but half the time we were chasing Olivia around.

Hoping she wouldn't knock anything over!
